Contract covered full time Highway Department employeesAdded the following additional positions to the Union:- Transfer Station Working Foreman- Transfer Station Staff- Assessor- Senior Center Director- Fiscal Clerk- Working Library Director- Assistant Town Clerk- Administrative Assistant- Beach and Recreation Director- Library Staff- Zoning Enforcement Officer- Animal Control Officer- Interim Town ClerkReduced the employment qualifier for union membership from any employee working of averaging twenty (20) hours a week to any employee working or averaging fifteen (15) hours a week.

Reduced the employment qualifier for union membership from full-time employment status to any employee working or averaging twenty (20) hours a week.Added an Assessor Clerk position at 15 hours/week for $20.50/hour. Cost to Town: +/- $15,000/annually

Added a paid lunch for the Highway Department.Added a minimum staffing requirement in section 3.4 requiring the Town maintain four (4) fulltime employees working forty (40) hours a week at the Highway Department.

Defined the newly added union positions as:

Administrative Assistant: M-F, 32.5 hours/wk, with a mandated pay increase to $25/hr Beach and Rec Director: Salaried, Flex Time, average of 40 hours/wk Town Clerk: M-F, salaried, Flex Time, 30 hours/wk Assessor: 20 hours/wk, Flex Time Assistant Town Clerk: 28 hours/wk, $14/hr Senior Center Director: 25 hours/wk, 5 hours/day, 10am - 3pm, hourly pay Working Library Director: 35 hours/wk, Flex Time, salaried Library Staff: 20 hours/wk Fiscal Clerk: 20 hours/wk, Flex Time Zoning Enforcement Officer, 20 hours/wk, Flex Time Animal Control: 20 hours/wk, Flex TimeIncreased the Assistant Town Clerk position from twenty-eight (28) hours/week to thirty (30), making the position eligible for insurance benefits. Increased the pay for the Assistant Town Clerk from $14/hour to $20.50/hour, resulting in an approximate 32% pay raise.

Added personal time, holiday, and vacation pay for parttime employees.Reduced the Working Library Directors weekly hours from thirty-five (35) to thirty (30) but gave the Working Library Director a pay increase over the prior years salary.

Increased the Group Life Insurance amount from $30,000 to $50,000 for employees and from $6,000 to $50,000 for retirees.Reduced the Assessors weekly hours from twenty (20) to fifteen (15) but gave the Assessor a pay increase over the prior years salary.

Increased clothing allowance for Highway Department workers from $450 to $500.Added half day before Thanksgiving as a paid Holiday.

Added clothing allowance for the Transfer Station Working Foreman in the amount of $500.Added a clothing allowance for the Transfer Station Staff.
