What is Unhealthy living

Unhealthy living is not just eating unhealthy or smoking it includes taking drugs, not working out and not looking after your body. Nearly everybody eats unhealthy in this world because it is seemed to be fun and feels good but what people sometimes don't realise that they are shortening there lives by living this way so I am trying to encourage and show people that they do not have to do this and there is simple ways to get out of a bad habit and start living right by picking up a good one.

Why people Live Unhealthy People live unhealthy sometimes as a way out of

there normal life so they get ‘high’ and take drugs as a way to escape reality

Some people just can’t be bothered to make the effort and eat right and not smoke because they are lazy

Some people try to fit in with there friends so they try smoking and get addicted

Some peoples parents raised them into a unhealthy life and made them get into the habit of not eating right and are suffering for it now

Some people cannot afford to live healthy because it is sometimes expensive to eat healthy foods and much easier to live Unhealthy

Effects of Unhealthy living If you eat unhealthy: You will become overweight You will develop asthma in some cases Your bones get weaker and weaker as you

get older You can develop cancer As you gain weight it will be harder to shop Cost you more money Lower you own self-esteem because you will

not like your body

If you smoke cigarettes:• You will develop cancer •Your fingers will turn yellow which is unattractive•Your breath will not smell nice even if you brush •You will set a bad example to young youths •You will get heart disease •Bad stamina so you wont be able to run properly

If you take drugs:• You will kill your brain cells in nearly every illegal drug you take or smoke•You will be come skinny and develop lung cancer •You will start to be paranoid and people will not want to be around you•There is a high chance that you will die depending on the drug you take.

What I am going to do to help

I am raising awareness of Unhealthy living and the effects of it on our body's, to do this I am creating a article and a leaflet this will get the word out there if it is distributed and created properly.

What I will need

A apple Mac computer to write out my article

A team of assistants to help me gather information on effects of unhealthy living

A video Camera that will record footage of my interviews

Somewhere quiet I can work with my team Funding to get the copies of the leaflets to

give out. People to work with and help live a healthy

lifestyle

Cost

I will have 3 assistance two will be media students on work experience that will work for free and the other member a trained media worker which I will pay £7.20 a hour with 6 hours in the day for 14 days

Cannon 6TD £1,000 Designer and leaflets copies designer

will work for £90 and 5000 leaflets will cost £450
