"I even had 2 epiphanies this morning...this is the work that I am called to do" "It was great and I wanted more it was so rich and so vast" Harvinder Singh (Eric Estenzo) has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for 8 years. He began in Los Angeles as a level 1 teacher just as he exited the Marine Corps and began to seek out bigger questions regarding existence and spirituality. He taught yoga to students and soccer athletes while he pursued art and product design in Pasadena. In 2010, Eric moved to conclude his education in Industrial Design at the Rhode Island School of Design where he has taught Kundalini Yoga to students and faculty members. In his final year at RISD 2013, Eric founded and organized The Bodhi Spring Yoga Festival, an event that explored the concepts of creative awareness through experience, knowledge, and self initiated practice. He then ventured to teach at The Space Yoga Studio in Providence until 2014. Harvinder now resides in Medway, MA where he contributes to Yoga At The Ashram community programming. His calm presence and sense of fun create a great enviornment for any class.
