Chemical dosing system is used to dose chemicals into the

water treatment process, e.g. to reduce the content of

phosphorus or other substances in raw water. It can also be

used to dose chemicals in other chemical water treatment

processes. Each system includes dosing pump, chemical tank,

along with the necessary hoses and fittings for the pump.

Filtration is a process of removal of suspended impurities from water by passing it through a media which traps the particulatematter while allowing passage of water.

REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANTS

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a physical separation process in which properly pretreated source water is delivered at moderate pressures against a semi-permeable membrane. The membrane rejects most solute ions and molecules, while allowing water of very low mineral content to pass through. This process also works as an absolute barrier for cysts and most viruses. The process produces a concentrated reject stream in addition to the clean permeate product. Byproduct water or the “concentrate” may range from 10% to 60% of theraw water pumped to the reverse osmosis unit. For most brackish waters and ionic contaminant removal applications, the concentrate is in the 10-25% range while for seawater it

could be as high as 60%.
