Undiz Facebook team has difficulties to accurately evaluate the most expected themes and their impact on potential consumers.
Use QR code on purchase receipt to answer a survey on their experience in store and to give suggestions.
Consumers can Problem
The tool does not enable the team to obtain useful inputs for their future collections, as it is not organized and data are not quantitative.
