• Beyond 1.75M depth the system is of modular design. Manhole of any depth can be very easily assembled on site by putting together modular parts. The assembly is done by simply pushing one modular part on the other without the need of any adhesive, chemical or equipment.

•All elevations and upper unit supplied with Triple-Safety (three sided lip/element) seal according to EN 681-1 for a water tight and easy connection on site.

•All extensions and upper unit are with corrosion resistant steps

CLIMBING STEPS

EN 13101 and/or EN 14396: Corrosion-resistant

climbing steps for accessible ROMOLD DN 800 and

DN 1000 chambers are available ex-works.

The stability corresponds to the requirements of

the standard. The distance between the climbing

steps is 250 mm.

BGR 177 (nat. german safety regulations):

The lowest climbing rung must have a clearance

to the berm of _> 250 mm and <_ 500 mm. The

anti-slip resistance is increased thanks to the

profiled surface. If necessary, the climbing steps

can also be removed.

ACCESS AIDS

ROMOLD chambers can also be equipped with

access aids. These can also be retrofitted in

chambers that have already been installed.

CHAMBER RINGS

The installation heights for DN 800 and DN 1000

chamber rings is 50 cm and 100 cm, for DN 500

and DN 625 chambers 40 cm, 60 cm, 90 cm. See

above for specifications of the climbing steps in

chamber rings.
