WHS Senior Portraits and Underclass Yearbook Pictures  2020 - 2021  

Lifetouch will be at Woodgrove to photograph all students in the next two months. The dates and details are listed  below. The following THREE PAGES have additional information to review. Please contact Ms. Crandall or Mr. Schutte  with any questions.

Senior Portraits September 21, 23, 24 and 25  Appointments are pre-scheduled by Lifetouch so that the number of students being photographed may be  limited. Seniors will receive their appointment information in a direct mailing from Lifetouch and will need to  follow the provided steps to confirm their appointment.     When you arrive at school for your appointment:  

● Park in the upper lot and enter the front doors. Adults - and students with an ID - must be prepared to  show this for entrance. Everyone entering the building must wear a face mask or covering.  

● Walk down the main hallway and take the first left towards the Wrestling Room.  ● Enter the Wrestling Room through the double doors. Here, Lifetouch staff will check you in and begin  

your session.  ● When your pictures are complete, exit through the single door, head down the Fine Arts hall and out  

through the exit doors near the Black Box.

Underclass Yearbook Pictures Monday, October 5: All freshmen. Sophomores A - Sawyer.  Monday, October 19: Sophomores Scanlan - Z. All juniors.  Students must make an appointment using the SignUp Genius linked on the school website.   When you arrive at school for your appointment:  

● Enter through the front doors. Adults - and students with an ID - must be prepared to show this for  entrance. Everyone entering the building must wear a face mask or covering.  

● Enter the Library doors immediately inside the first set of entrance doors. Here, Lifetouch staff will  check you in and begin your session.  

● When your pictures are complete, exit through the main Library doors (across from the Clinic), walk  around the trophy case and exit through the front doors.  

  Everyone should arrive to the parking lot 10 minutes prior to your appointment time  and then begin making your way to the front doors.   Underclass students are reminded to wear school-appropriate attire for your pictures.

guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), and Occupational

SENIOR PORTRAITS Class of 2021

We are very excited to capture the joy of senior portraits for the Class of 2021 starting. With the challenges raised by COVID-19, Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits has developed policies, photographer training and procedures for the safety of our employees, Class of 2021 members and our school community partners.

LOCATION Our senior portraits will be taken in the Wrestling Room at Woodgrove High School. Please note the directions listed under the "When You Arrive at School for Your Appointment" section on the first page of this handout. Follow these directions to help us manage traffic flow in the building.

‘SOCIAL DISTANCE’ & PHOTOGRAPHY SPACE Using this space, LifeTouch can accommodate the proper flow for sufficient social distance for arrival, check-in, garment selection, changing area, photography, pose selection station and departure.

SCHEDULING OF SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS Each senior will receive a packet of information mailed directly to their home address from our studio office. Included in this packet will be a pre-scheduled date/time for their senior portrait session. Appointments are scheduled so we may limit the number of students arriving for photography. Seniors will need to confirm their appointment on our www.prestigeportraits.com website. We also encourage portrait session payments to be completed online to minimize physical contact at the camera. Only confirmed appointments will be accepted at the camera. Also, we will be unable to accept walk-ups until further notice.

PHOTOGRAPHING THE CLASS OF 2021 Our photographers have completed training to offer ‘No-Touch’ posing. Going forward, social distancing will be implemented, and photographers will not make any physical contact with customers, subjects and other employees. Our staff must maintain a 6ft distance from subjects, customers and employees. Additionally, our photographers will be wearing masks.

CLEANING ETIQUETTE Our photographers have been equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitization products to properly clean and disinfect equipment after each session. Garments such as Tuxedo/Drape and Cap & Gown will be steamed after each and every use. Photographers must complete checklists before, during and after each session to reinforce our commitment to ensuring a safe and positive photography session.

Underclass Pictures: Classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024 Lifetouch has designed a COVID-19 Underclass Program which will allow schools to maintain fall portraiture. Here are the most current updates Lifetouch as created: SCHEDULE/COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

The COIVD-19 Underclass Program is built to take place in the school building on virtual learning days considered non-instructional. Woodgrove is utilizing Monday, October 5 and 19.

ON-SITE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

We will be using the Library in order to maintain appropriate physical distancing. To ensure safe facilitation of this photography program, we will have additional school staff on-site to

help enforce and maintain social distancing. PHOTOGRAPHY DETAILS

Photo start time is 8:30am with an end time of 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break taking place from Noon to 12:30pm.

In order to maintain social distancing, the number of cameras provided will be sufficient to accommodate the number of students that select an appointment within a block of time.

Students will be instructed to enter the photography location through one set of doors and then asked to exit through a separate location. See the first sheet for specific arrival and departure instructions.

All individuals including school staff, Lifetouch photo staff, students and family members will be expected to wear facial coverings and adhere to physical distancing guidelines.

This will be a “paperless” photography program. Students will verbally check in with the Lifetouch staff when entering the Library and will confirm his/her name at the camera station.

Students wishing to purchase a picture package will have the opportunity to do so online both before and after picture day. Picture orders will not be accepted at the camera.

All picture packages will be delivered to the school for distribution or families can purchase mail-home shipping. Any service items will be sent directly to the school.
