New statistics reveal little to no change over the past 10 years in female representation in leadership:

Full time working women earn 17.5% LESS than men Female graduate salaries are 90% those of males 39% of women aged 25-29 have a bachelor degree compared to 32% men 5.1% women aged 25-64 have a postgraduate degree compared to 4.9%
