Findings • 9+ major human rights issues reported back by disabled people• Backed this up with evidence from research by, e.g. DWP, academics and big disability charities.

Findings – Key messages1) Disabled people in Scotland are not experiencing their

rights as well as they should

2) Some groups of disabled people fare worse than others across the board,

e.g. people with learning disabilities and people with mental health conditions
