The process is designed for washing, cascade rinsing, and drying a wide variety of alloys and configura- tions. Each processing chamber includes an inte- gral transport elevator that eliminates the need to put baskets into tanks (or pull them out) by hand. Features include ultrasonics with cascading se- quenced timer to alternate with directional solu- tion turbulation. Other standard options are ill- tration and high-capacity oil removal with Surface Sweep feature to prevent surface oil from depos- iting onto cleaned parts. Misonix ultrasonic baths provide a convenient and highly effective cleaning method for a wide variety of applications. With bath sizes ranging from 1/2 to 12 gal, these advanced ultrasonic cleaners are ideal for items such as clogged valves, filters, and other intricate or hard-to- clean items. All traces of dirt and grease are quickly and easily removed. Items are cleaned by utilizing the power of cavitation--the formation and rapid collapse of microscopic vapor bubbles to scrub items clean. These units feature digital displays of the bath temperature and permit the user to set both the desired temperature and time of operation.
