This detached villa offers privacy with amazing views of Ibiza, Formentera and World Heritage site Dalt Vila, from the pool, living and dining areas as well as most of the bedrooms or their private terraces. The open-plan living area has floor to ceiling sliding windows, which allow for seamless transition between indoors and the infinity pool and deck. Whether you access the house by car through the main gate or via the front door in the roof top garden, you’ll immediately be blown away by the sophisticated design. The open staircase leads down to reveal the magnificent, spacious, light filled interior of the main living and dining area with dine-in kitchen. Large sliding windows open to encompass the infinity pool and sun deck. The gorgeous 6m long infinity pool has a counter-current swimming system. The contemporary open-plan dine-in kitchen has three ovens, two fridges and luxurious breakfast bar with seating for 8, allowing for a true chef table experience. On the far side of the kitchen is the gazebo area where breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking the terraced gardens on different levels and the breathtaking views.

The living area also has a guest wc and access to the garage which, in addition to space for 4 cars, has Torque gym equipment system for working out. Ideally suited to adult groups or older families, the house has 6 ensuite bedrooms, three of which are masters. The first of three master ensuite bedrooms adjoins the dining area and has a large private terrace with large daybed, complete with stunning views. Take the open staircase down to the ground floor. At the bottom of the stairs, you will find four more ensuite bedrooms, two of which are masters. The gardens have two large luxurious double daybeds, each with parasols, facing out to Formentera. The gardens extend down a further level below, to a terrace chill-out area, with an additional double daybed and pergola. From the main garden area, there’s access to the 6th bedroom, which is a self-contained ensuite bedroom with its own kitchen and dining area. The living room has a bluetooth music system and there is large screen TV with international channels in the main living area and there is wifi throughout. The villa is cleaned by the housekeeper for 4 hours each day excluding Sunday.
