ULC/ORD - C199 - Combustible Piping for Sprinkler Systems
UL 1821 Fire Test
Fire reaches 1,600°F (870°C).
After approximately 1 minute, sprinkler head activates.
Pipe is in direct contact with fire plume at 700°- 900°F (370°- 483°C) for a total of 10 minutes.
Test is conducted by placing the flame under the joint and fitting.
