Pivdenny Commercial and Industrial Center (LLC "AIPIE-L", 36 Shchyretska Street,

Lviv, Ukraine), one of the largest shopping centers in Western Ukraine (160 thousand square

meters of trading space) is looking for potential partners from China to create a joint venture forthe sale of light industry goods, namely, Chinese clothing and footwear.

We plan to implement this proiect in several stases

At the first stage, LLC "AIPIE-L," together with its partner in China, registers and

legalizes a joint venture in accordance with the current legislation.

Afterwards, LLC "AIPIE-L" allocates 2500 sq.m. of the trading area and carries out itsreconstruction and planning in accordance with the expectations of the partner. In particular, weundertake to carry out modern renovation, to equip the trading space with modern engineeringand technological systems that meet the standards of commercial business and will promote

comfortable work and sales efficiency.The Ukrainian side also allocates the necessary area for the arrangement of the

warehouse and provides security for the delivered goods.

In turn, the Chinese side provides unintemrpted supply of goods, delegation of personnelfor work in accounting, logistics and trade organization.

The Ukrainian side provides placement and creation of necessary conditions for work ofthe partner's employees who will be on a business trip to the city of Lviv, Ukraine.

Expected Economic EffectGiven that today the Ukrainian market is dominated by Chinese products (50-60% of the

total mass) that are not always supplied legally and of high quality, and the retail marginexceeds 300% or more, in the first year of our joint entrepreneurship, we can expectthe turnover of 20-25 million US dollars.

Assortment of GoodsAt the first stage, we suggest to organize a center of light industry goods (clothes, shoes,

etc.) with a major accent on goods for the youth.

The scale of our shopping center and trading areas allow us to expand the range and turnthe Pivdenny Commercial and Industrial Center into a large-scale center of Chinese goods not

only in Ukraine but also abroad, with a turnover that will be ten times higher than indicated in

our offer.
