• Adding a grey (#7e7e7) style for a disabled state will distinguish which items are disabled and which can be clicked/tapped on

• Bringing the mobile breakpoints dropdown in to line with general look & feel of the desktop seems more appropriate 

• Using the rollover states from the desktop breakpoint will respond to (WCAG 2.1 Reflow)

• Removing the white box and simply making the numeral the same colour as the text is sufficient for reiterating the already visualised order, & less distracting.

• Move the up/down arrow from alongside the '# of # steps' label to the right side of the container, detaching these two unrelated labels.
