IMPORTANT NOTICE

(Special Counselling-Undergraduate programme)

Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, invites

applications for online Special Counselling for admission to Undergraduate

Programme i.e. Normal and Self-financing seats, latest by 6th January, 2021. Only

those candidates will be considered in the Special Counselling, who have deposited their application fee within due date of 3rd September, 2020 in either one

category or both categories (Normal/Self-financing seats),and.have subsequently requested to be considered diflerently.

1. Types of cases eligible for Special Counselling

i. Candidates who have successfully deposited online fee /applied online

for any one category i.e. either Normal or Self-financing Seats, and now wish to be considered in the other category/seat - Such candidate

is required to deposit a sum of Rs. 1500/-(Un-reserved Category) and

Rs.1000/- (in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) through online mode in the

account number as per annexure-A, for being eligible for consideration

against new category/seat. After depositing the fee, fresh counsellingg

proforma, along with proof of deposition of online fee (screenshot/UTR no./PDF file of confirmed bank receipt etc.) may be sent on E-mail ID

(uhf.ugep2020@gmail.com), as per procedure given in para 2 below. Candidates who have applied online for both categories (Normal and ii. Self-financing seats) but submitted Counselling Proforma for only one

type of seat i.e either Normal or Self-financing Seat and now wish to

be considered in the other category/seat - Such candidates are required

to submit fresh_ counselling_proforma of new category/seat as per

procedure given in para 2 below. They are also required to submit

documentary proof of online fee deposited on or before 03.09.2020 in the

applied category. Candidates who were selected in any of the first three counselling

under Normal or Self-financing Seat, but failed to deposit online fee

within due date - Such candidates are not required to submit fresh

counselling proforma and will be considered automatically as per merit

and availability of seats. If selected in the special counselling, such, candidates will be required to deposit the admission fee subsequently as

per procedure laid down in the result notification of Special Counselling.

Candidates claiming to have sent Counselling Proforma on wrong E- mail D within due date of submission i.e. 30th October, 2020 - In such

cases, fresh Counselling Proforma shall be considered only in those cases

where the candidate has already successfully submitted the online

application form (within due of 3rd September, 2020) for respective seat i.e. Normal/ Self-financing, but failed to submit Counselling Proforma on the

correct E-mail address within the due date.

Fresh Counselling Proforma alongwith relevant document:s shall be

considered subject to the submission of documentary proof (Such as copy of

e-mail delivery failure report or copy of e-mail sent on wrong address etc.)

proving that they had actually made an attempt towards submission Counselling Proforma within due date of 30th October, 2020.

2. Procedure of submission of Fresh Counselling Proforma for candidates

i. The Counselling Proforma is to be downloaded by the candidate as annexed

(Annxure-C: Normal Seat and Annexure-D: Self-financing Seat)

i. After filling the Counselling Proforma, a single pdf file must be created,

containing duly filled scanned Counselling Proforma along with following

additional documents a) Documents mentioned in the check list as specified in the Counselling

Proforma.

b) Form (Annexure-B). specifying category of consideration in Special

Counselling. c) Documents specified against applicable cases in para/point 1(i) to

1(iv).

ii. The scanned pdf file [point 2 (ii)] must be sent through e-mail only on the

E-mail Id: uhf.ugcp2020@gmail.com on or before 6th January, 2021 upto

11.59 PM.

iv. It is mandatory for the candidates to fill all the columns of the Counselling|

Proforma.

Submission of Counselling Proforma on any other E-mail IDs shall notbe

entertained. The Candidates are advised to remain in touch with the University websitewww.yspuniversity.ac.in on daily basis for latest updates.
