"Be$t Bang for your Buck$!!"
I choose this WebQuest because I actually had planned to create one just like it myself. In my job here at the University of Hartford as Computer Support Specialist for the College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions and Hillyer College, I am frequently asked for recommendations to purchase laptops and desktop computers. As prices have become more competitive between laptops and desktops, more people are considering spending a little more cash for the added convenience of the portability of a laptop. This WebQuest does a great job of covering all the important options to keep in mind before spending your hard earned cash.
Basically you DO get what you pay for!
More Memory, Hard drive space, and/or Speed = More Cash

I made this WebQuest for my 9th grade Pre-Algebra class for ourprobability unit. They research the lottery website and calculate thetheoretical probabilities of Play 3 lottery. Then they take a positionon whether the state should use the lottery as a means of makingmoney for Connecticut.

I found the following WEBQUEST to be a useful tool for high school students to get to know the fundamentals of the stock market and financial investment options. The WEBQUEST evaluates the knowledge level and then introduces the financial investment options and descriptions. The videos and links provide excellent tools for understanding the concept easily. I found this WEBQUEST to have a good depository of all the appropriate websites that are fun and rich in content.
