Welcome to the 21st Century It’s an exciting time of change right now for most business orga-nizations as we adapt to the new technology, economy and competi-tive environment of this century. To help you and your colleagues, we have designed courses for a whole new set of skills necessary for today’s workplace. And we deliver them in an excit-ing 21st century format - - online! Online courses save time, save money, and boost productivity. Please spend just a minute re-viewing our catalog of courses with new skills. Then go to page 15 and find out how to sign up. Do it today.

William A. Draves, PresidentP.S. Our courses have multimedia, actual online discussion with teach-ers, and the highest quality. We guarantee every course.

About our Instructors Our instructors are carefully cho-sen for both content expertise and ability to teach online. They come from colleges, universities and associations. Many are Certified Online Instructors (COIs). Some are national experts in their field. Most engage in consulting, writing and speaking on their subjects.

Recognition Our certificates are voluntary non-credit awards recognized by the Learning Resources Network, the largest continuing education association in the world. You can also gain CEUs. International Learning Units (ILUs), a higher standard, are offered for every course and can be converted into CEUs. Courses for educators also carry graduate credit.

How It WorksIt’s easy. It’s fun.

Each online course has a start and end date. Each course has a real instructor who logs into the classroom several times a week to interact with participants and answer questions. Each course has recorded audio presentations from the instructor so participants can hear the instructor teach and see slides. Learners participate anytime of day or night, from any location, as little or as often as they like. The ideal is to go online 2-3 times a week, but you decide.

What You Do1. In the online classroom, - Listen to audio lectures - View the slides presentations - Read less than 20 pages a week.2. Discuss with your fellow par- ticipants and the instructor. Post written comments in the online discussion with your fellow participants and the instructor. Your instructor logs on several times a week to answer ques- tions and join in on discussions. 3. See how much you’ve learned with our optional quizzes to test yourself.

It’s Easy! It’s Fun!Most courses are offered 4 times a year.

Classes start the first Monday of the month.

New to online learning? Our online learning tutorial begins the week before classes start.
