2. Ask to be connected by a close mutual connection
• Proper intro messaging (coming later)3. Promptly connect with someone you meet; context!
4. Utilize the Publisher!
5. Ask for recommendations, give recommendations/endorsements; join groups
6. Link to projects, work samples, social accounts, etc.

8. Assume that a mutual connection wants to help you
9. Share unprofessional news and updates
LEVERAGING TWITTER
Do!1. Fill out your bio with interests, passions, employer
2. Choose a handle consistent across channels
3. Follow aspirational and interesting brands/influencers
4. Share successes of others
• Social currency, touch points. Earn it!5. Look to RT/Quote RT content rather than self curating
6. Find a way to “barge” in on conversations
7. Look at your Twitter analytics, utilize the search query
