A new head-up display enables the UFO Mk II to provide new standards for ease of use andproductivity. Advanced electronics allow the operator to check the status of all functions

at a glance and because the display rotates through 180°, the operatorcan now work from either side of the folder. A single

operator can now produce a wider range of work, especiallywhen using Morgana cross-fold units,

which can operate from either theleft or right hand side of the machine.

The new unit also provides a greaterrange of adjustment for control of

suction feed length and the gapsbetween each sheet. Counting and

batching is also controlled with a total countand an indicator showing production speeds.

The electricdelivery can befitted to the rear of the UFO. This provides greater productivity when handling heavier stocks or perforating and scoring.

The cross-foldunit can be fitted under the UFO toenable a landscape 16pp to be handled.

Morgana cross-fold units can operatefrom either the left or right of thefolder to provide a greater range offolding options.

Extended delivery makes the operator’s job easier on high volume work.

The fold plates are fully enclosed and all necessary adjustments can be made without removing them.
