    With the vision of providing superior construction service in the region UDI

    Organization was established as sole proprietorship in the year 2006. From its humble

    beginnings of constructing, the UDI organization sole proprietorship turn in to the UDI

    organization (Pvt) Ltd was established in Kandy in July 2009.The Company was granted

    license upgrade to ICTAD C7 Category – the highest classification in its class – in less

    than two years. And further its growing the company was granted ICTAD C4 Category

    on the year 2015. Now company has capacity to gets ICTAD category as C3.

    Under the capable leadership of Mr. UdayaDissanayaka, Chairman & Managing

    Director of UDI Organization (Pvt) Ltd achieved unprecedented growth throughout the

    years and resulted in branches in Colombo office at Maharagama. The Maharagama

    branch helps play with big competitors in the construction industry.

    Never resting on its laurels, UDI Organization (Pvt) Ltd has ventured into previously

    untapped construction markets of State of Sri Lanka. The coming year will herald a new

    era in the company’s successful State Sector by launching mega projects in the

    government.

    As a fully integrated construction solution provider, the company has handled the

    production of a wide array of construction related products such as: Aluminum

    fabrication and Aluminum Extrusion, Sheet Metal fabrication, Carpentry and joinery,

    stainless steel, glazing, Poly vinyl Chloride (PVC) fabrication and marble processing; and

    Concrete Technology for producing Pre-cast, Hollow Core, Plateau and Glass

    Reinforced Concrete (GRC). The company is considering other products and services

    for addition in its future line up.

    True to its philosophy, UDI Organization (Pvt) Ltd is capable of carrying out design,

    execution, and maintenance of all building components – structural, special

    construction, finishing, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and interior decoration,

    external and all other related works – for both conventional and turnkey projects. Our

    in-house capability to design and execute all activities related to the construction

    Industry, from pre-tendering conceptual stage to handover and the defects liability

    Chairman, Mr. UdayaDisanayake

    Mr. UdayaDisanayake was born in the sprawling townships of Kandy and schooled at St.Silvester Collage Kandy. He obtained academic excellence and

    participated in various student organizations and school Rugby football team and he

    was a Captain of the Rugger Team.

    At the height of the St.Sylvester Student’s Uprising in 1997, he was serving as the

    member of the National Rugby football Team. He was forced to abandon his highest

    study.

    Upon returning from School, He ran a private sector in construction related

    company, an getting successful experience for five years. Mr. Udaya Disanayake was the Sole Proprietor and delivered construction services covering an island wide project

    of over 100 million worth of sales Volume.

    What began as a hobby saw he create UDI Organization (Private) Limited in 2009.

    He is currently the Director of Two Limited Liability Company in diversify his knowledge in various Sector. He is the innovator in the Business with founding new ideas for the

    various field of business.

    Mr. UdayaDisanayakeis an entrepreneur with great business acumen. He is the Chairman of the following Companies of Nationally repute.
