State Representative Gregg Haddad (D-Mansfield-Chaplin)State Rep. Gregg Haddad spoke at the rally in order to access the seriousness of sexual violence against women. He also announced that a bill will be considered for universities state wide to improve school policies dealing with sexual violence.
