Action Planning Group Work:Scenario 1:
It comes to light that a colleague has allowed a student to administer medication unsupervised. When you discuss this with the student they explain that they discussed the prescription, dose and route with your colleague but the student was not directly supervised giving the medication to the patient
Scenario 2:
You have approached a service user to provide feedback on your student’s practice. They state that the student was rude, unfriendly and ‘talked over me as if I wasn’t even there’ , colleagues have also commented on the student’s brusque manner.
