ENABLING COMPATIBILITY MODE IN IE9
From the login screen click on “Internet Options”:
Click on the “Extras” icon in the upper right hand corner. Selecting “Internet options”shows:

Go to the “Security” tab and click on the button “Sites”:
The website https://ebanking.unicreditgroup.com should be shown. Click “Add” and then close the windows:
On the login screen click the broken paper icon “enable compatibility mode”.
