Collect fee challan in triplicate from your Class Teacher (please see sample cash challan copy on the right)

Visit any of 4000+ Branches of Union Bank of India across the country.

Present the challan at any Union Bank of India branch & deposit the fee in cash.

Obtain 2 copies of the challan duly acknowledged by the Bank branch with Transaction Number given by the bank.

Retain the Student copy with yourself and submit School copy of the challan to your Class Teacher.

If you have account with Union Bank of India, then the fee amount can be transferred instantaneously from your account to KVS Fee Account.

Click on Submit. System will direct you to next page.

Choose Internet Banking as payment option & select your Bank

You will be directed to your Banks Internet Banking webpage for payment.

A receipt will be generated after successful payment

Enter your Credit card details (Card No., CVV, Name, Expiry Date etc).


Charges applicable for making payment of fees through Credit Card

Install Mobile Banking Application of your Bank in your Smartphone.

Go to IMPS P2M option

Enter your mPIN

Enter KVS Mobile No (9868577463) & KVS MMID (9026963) provided by the school

Enter the exact Fee amount as mentioned in the challan provided by the school

Enter your Unique ID in payment reference

Click on Submit

Message will be received after successful payment.

Receipt can be generated through internet after making payment of fee through Mobile Banking


Check the total fee payable generated by the system & enter your Mobile number & Email ID.


Choose Debit Card as payment option & select your bank

Enter your Debit card details (Card No., CVV, Name, Expiry Date etc).


Online Payment of fees can be made by account holder of any bank through above modes
