To Install: 1) Install and Tighten clockwise using "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" with "LOCTITE 243 BLUE" until bearing cup is secure. 2) Add outer Jam Nut ring secure with Flat faced screw driver.
To Remove: 1) Loosen jam ring (turning counter clockwise) with screw driver in one of the slots. 2) Use "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" and turn counter clockwise to loosen threads. Note: This may take some pressure to loosen due to working loose the current thread lock solution.
Use Pedal Wrench such as "Park Tool PW- 3" available at your local Bike Shop for Loosening Pedals
To Install Bolt: Tighten Bolt securely by applying approximately 40ft/lbs of torque.
To Remove: loosen bolt using "Crank Puller" for bolt
001-6244 - ISIS 118 L EXERCISE BOTTOM BRACKET INSTALL/ REMOVAL DETAILS
To Install: This side has Left Hand Threads. Tighten using a purchased "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" turning Hub Counter clockwise until flange Face is completely flush with bike frame hub. Use "LOCTITE 243 BLUE" while installing for thread locking.
To Remove: use "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" and turn clockwise to loosen threads. Note: This may take some pressure due to thread locking material used previously.

To Install: 1) Install and Tighten clockwise using "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" with "LOCTITE 243 BLUE" until bearing cup is secure. 2) Add outer Jam Nut ring secure with Flat faced screw driver.
To Remove: 1) Loosen jam ring (turning counter clockwise) with screw driver in one of the slots. 2) Use "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" and turn counter clockwise to loosen threads. Note: This may take some pressure to loosen due to working loose the current thread lock solution.
Use Pedal Wrench such as "Park Tool PW- 3" available at your local Bike Shop for Loosening Pedals
To Install Bolt: Tighten Bolt securely by applying approximately 40ft/lbs of torque.
To Remove: loosen bolt using "Crank Puller" for bolt
001-6244 - ISIS 118 L EXERCISE BOTTOM BRACKET INSTALL/ REMOVAL DETAILS
To Install: This side has Left Hand Threads. Tighten using a purchased "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" turning Hub Counter clockwise until flange Face is completely flush with bike frame hub. Use "LOCTITE 243 BLUE" while installing for thread locking.
To Remove: use "AM BB ISIS DRIVE Tool" and turn clockwise to loosen threads. Note: This may take some pressure due to thread locking material used previously.
