Design brief:
To create luxury living room, bedroom, ensuite,
and dressing room over existing converted
swimming pool area and to convert existing master
bedroom into kitchen. Open up existing kitchen and
dining room and turn into dining room. Move
entrance hall and create circulation hall connecting
all area on the upper and lower ground floor.
Heating: build in wall and under floor heating with
options to extend to solar / ground source heat
pump and summer cooling systems.
