• Script fonts, fonts with extreme features such as swashes or exaggerated serifs, and any fonts designed to be used at larger than body copy sizes can be described as decorative type.

Scrip • script is a type of penmanship or handwriting style including

calligraphy, cursive, and manuscript (print) writing. In typography, script fonts or type mimic historical or modern handwriting styles that look as if written with different styles of writing instruments from calligraphy pens to ballpoint pens.

This book cover uses san serif font, it is affective because it is the first thing you see in on the cover (most eye catching in the cover). This cover is simple but the colours is fancy. The text uses assent line in the main title and it also uses a mixture of two fonts san serif and serif fonts The serif fonts is the name Clifford Thurlow and the rest of the font is san serif

Typography- in this book cover the designer use a san serif font with ascent, cap, mean and base line.

Colour- The designer use 6 colours red, white, grey, gold and black.The colours that the use are eye catching Gold is the mocking bird logo (the main part of the story), without reading the book the reader will know that the book is about because of the famous logo. White and red is used for the text white text and red shadow which catches the reader eye catcher because of the black background

Typography- The font uses a serif font with a flower shadow in the background. The font shows the reader that the book might be about romance just on the way it is designed. The designer also uses ascent, cap, mean and base line. Colour- The designer use only 2 colours grey and black.The colours that the use are simple and peaceful. Black is used for the text and the Grey is used jut fir the background which makes the reader feel peaceful.
