A 64-year old male patient underwent a frozen elephant trunkand thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) in 2010 for a typeB aortic dissection. Thrombosis of the false lumen was
documented on angio-CT. In 2014, following chest trauma, he hadan enlargement in the false lumen and a type 3 endoleak (Figs.1AC; Video 1), treated with another TEVAR (Fig. 2AC).
