• Helped edit and roll out a new mold room standards and parameters log, The process involved teaching 30 plus employees across all three shifts how to accurately collect data on 10 different presses running 40 diverse molds

• Reported on the mold room data bi weekly to a 10 member executive board. My partner and I oversaw the data and summarized what moves had to be made next. From there the information was put into a database.

• Collected durometer data on five different series of covers, testing four different mixing ratios. The reason for doing this was to set the new gasket machine to the old machines standards, then work on improving the gaskets overall condition.

• Performed three variations of UL testing to five series of enclosures to get a better understanding of the products overall performance.

• Organized and edited two work process manuals, showing step by step operations including pictures of each step. • Re-vamped the troubleshooting guide for the presses in the mold room. The task at hand was to create a systematic
