Pleas do not use this time for Private Sessions unless pre-approved thru owners.

If you are the second coach / strength coach and it is slow, you have 3 options: 1) assist the wod coach 2) Take an athlete into the strength area for 1-on-1 help with the wod or lift. Can make it a lottery for athletes if they choose. They put their name in a hat and coach pulls the name. 3) Leave without being paid for that time frame, please text or email Di

Closing coach is responsible for locking all doors (Please double check that all 5 doors are locked)

Closing coach is responsible for turning off Timers, T.V.’s, lights and ac/heat (4 units).

Coaches are responsible for making sure the workout area is straightened and ready for the next class. That means all used equipment is wiped down and returned to its designated area. To avoid equipment being left out. All equipment should be cleaned up. No leaving equipment for an athlete in the next class unless instructed by upcoming coach.

5:30am coach can use the OP coaches FB page to inform coaches of adjustments/concerns with workout. Ie: spacing, equipment issues, reps, timing

Unless an emergency or to confirm a movement in wod, please refrain from talking or texting on phone when coaching. You can use phone to video or take pictures during class.

Client bill of rights cont’d

In Return, we would ask that you follow our house rules:

- Be on time. A good rule of thumb is to plan to be early to class to sign in, look over the workout and warm up.

- Have fun. Our goal is to push you to new levels while having fun doing the workout.- Introduce yourself to new members – Let’s build our community.- Our equipment was expensive-please treat it as such. Dropping weight should be done as a last

resort for safety, not to show off or make your life easier. If you’re in control of the weight (and you should be), then you shouldn’t have to drop it very often. There’s absolutely no excuse for dropping or slinging weights. We ask this to keep everyone including yourself safe.

- Leave your ego at home-you know the CrossFit Mantra, “Our warm-up is your workout”? It works both ways. Someone, somewhere is warming-up with your PR.

- Be aware of and kind to other members. Encouraging others during workout.- Work hard, put forth an effort- Don’t half ass your workout when you know you can perform

better. Jump Higher, Run faster. Remove “I Can’t” from your vocabulary. You can and you will.- Listen to coaches and learn - They are certified, trained and professional. Don’t give unsolicited

advice, but always encourage others!- Take pride in keeping the gym clean- Please pick up after yourself. Setup and breakdown your

equipment. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience, so leave things as you found them. Take ownership and pride in our facility.

- Be open to share any ailments or fatigue- If something is wrong, or needs to be fixed, please bring it to our attention.

- Listen to your body- Tell your coaches immediately if you’re feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseous. We can help.

- Be patient- All is scalable and workable for you, nothing is impossible. You can do this.

Internships and continuing education

- CrossFitOP offers $500 toward continuing education along with 3 paid competition registrations.- In order for Coaches to receive this $500.00 toward continuing education and 3 paid competition registrations the coach will 1) Coaching with OP for minimum of 6 months
