your health is to have the right knowledge on what optimal health is.

Today, health is a tricky thing to master because there are so much information out there.

It is like there is a new discovery about health every day.

You want to make sure to stay updated with the new information to see what works and doesn’t for yourself.

KEEP YOUR INFORMATION CURRENT

Old information might work back in the days, but it might not work in the modern age.

If you stick to old information and not apply the correct techniques, then you would feel discouraged because you are not making progress on your health.

DO YOUR RESEARCH Take the time to understand a little bit

more about what is optimal health. Set aside one hour a week to do some

research and try to apply new information to improve your health.

The healthier you become, the more motivated you become to stay healthy because of the benefits that you will received.

#2: FIND YOUR PURPOSE The second motivation tool is to find your true

purpose for wanting to achieve optimal health. As human beings, your motivation reach the

highest when you have a clear sense of why you want to achieve optimal health.

Your purpose or reason has to bring you fulfillment, meaning, and happiness into your life.

If your purpose does not fall into any of the three categories above, then you will not be motivated to take the next step to improve your health.

THE RIGHT PURPOSE FEELS GOOD

When you have the right purpose, you will have so much energy to do what you need to do.

If you feel like you are not taking any step or falling back on your health, then re-evaluate your purpose.

As your health improves, your purpose should also become stronger because it will take more discipline to get to the next level of health.
