Anything made from wheat! Yup, that’s pasta, bread, bagels,

Why Are Wheat Foods So Bad?
First off, most people are intolerant to Wheat and Grain
Celiacs are the most intolerant but the rest of us aren’t designed to eat them…
What Else Is Wrong With Wheat?
Second of all, Wheat was never a large part of the human diet until the early 20th century!
It’s been proven time and time again that eliminating wheat products all together is one of the fastest ways to burn fat and show those six pack abs
And The Other Fattening Food?
Okay, this isn’t a food per se. Still, it’s making you fat.
And I’m willing to bet that you would NEVER guess what it is.

It’s Fruit Juice. You see, fruit in of itself is incredibly good for you.
But when you juice a fruit you take all the worst bits (all the sugar) and leave out all of the good bits (all the fibre and a lot of the vitamins)
Solutions…
1. Cut out all wheat and grain based foods. Try it for just 3 weeks if you skeptical and you will notice a huge difference by the end.
2. Instead of fruit juice try eating the whole fruit and drinking water or a nice green tea
Conclusions
1. Stop eating wheat products and stop drinking fruit juices.
2. Start eating whole fruits which still contain all the good stuff
3. Both of these steps will help you see your six pack in double the time
