    Personally, seeing that the organization right now is lacking (in my opinion, I dont

    know what goes on behind the scenes so I have no right to make a definite

    statement), I have decided to address two issues:

    1. The academy tribe

    2.

    Squads and Divisions

    Using these maps:

    Academy Tribe

    As to the academy tribe, I say that the academy should be on the outer regions of the

    world. I point to the first picture in the imgur album. The center 4 grid will make up

    the main tribe; all other villages/players on the outside of this box will be the

    academy tribe. The purpose of this is to consolidate the strong players who are

    geographically centered together to make the strongest coalition of forces. The

    academy tribe is whoever is not in that grid because, geographically, they are

    useless in terms of attacking or support and should be made their own tribe. Interms of the organization for the academy tribe, look at the second picture. They will

    be split into 4 divisions of organizational purposes. (Each box is its own region.) So

    in terms of who is in the academy tribe (according to this model):

    All of these players are outside the red square indicated in the first screenshot. They

    are not in the core of the world and would make sense to be part of the academy

    tribe.

    Divisions

    So now in terms of divisions and squads, here is what I propose:

    Going back to that first picture, I divided up the main tribe (within the red square)

    into 4 divisions, NE, NW, SE, and SW. Each of those are divisions. To further break

    them up are squads.

    NW Div:

    Take a look at the fourth picture. I have boxed in the NW Division, each of which has

    4 individual boxes. Each box within constitutes its own squad. Therefore, the squads

    will be such:

    Squad NW-1:Players with villages between (450-475|450-475)

    Squad NW-2:Players with villages between (475-500|450-475)

    Squad NW-3:Players with villages between (475-500|475-500)

    Squad NW-4: Players with villages between (450-475|475-500)

    Of course each squad gets their own leader and each division gets their own leader.

    This is in no way suppose to diminish Ops within singular provinces, but this is a

    better way to organize it based on a grid system as opposed to provinces since TW2decided to be stupid and remove Continents
