TUXPAN – A SOLUTION FOR NEW TRUCKING REGULATIONS

NOM-012-SCTNOM = Norma Oficial Mexicana / Mexican Official Standard

A. Tandem trucks must comply with safetyand technical regulations today.

B. 20%-30% of tandem trucks do notcomply, according to truckers.

Regulation is effective since June 27th, 2018

Sticker after goverment approval,truck and chassis must have it.

TUXPAN – A SOLUTION FOR NEW TRUCKING REGULATIONS

A. Driver must rest minimum 30 minutesafter 5 hours driving.

B. For trips longer than 14 hours, thedriver must rest minimum 8 continuehours.

C. Trucks speed limited to maximum80 kms / hrs.

Regulation will become effective August 27th, 2018
