5. Extrude dengan Distance 9.

6. Beri fillet pada sisinya, pilih Constant dengan Default radius 5 dan klik pada check box

7. Shell, pada kolom Default Thickness pilih Inside dan masukkan 1.5 lalu klik Add pada

kolom Excluded Faces.

9. Buat sket pada bidang lalu profile.

10. Agar sket menjadi beraturan, gunakan 2D Constraints pada tab Part.

11. Beri dimensi, sesuaikan dengan gambar berikut.

12. Tampilkan isometric view, tentukan sketch plane pada bidang dibawah sket diatas.

13. Tampilkan sketch view lalu buat sket, profile, constraints dan beri dimensi berikut.

14. Loft kedua sket tersebut, untuk pilihan pada dialog box sesuaikan dengan gambar

dibawah.

15. Buat loft selanjutnya pada bidang berikut.

16. Tentukan kembali sketch plane pada bidang atas, buat sket, profile (profile sket dapat

dilakukan pada beberapa sket sekaligus), constraint, beri dimensi lalu extrude

menggunakan pilihan cut, through.

17. Buat sket berikut lalu extrude.

18. Edit panjang sket awal. Pada Desktop Browser klik kanan icon ExtrusionBlind1, lalu pilih

edit sketch.

19. Edit dimensi 79.5 menjadi 97.5.

Command: _ammoddim

Select dimension to change: (pilih dimensi)

Enter dimension value <79.5>: 97.5 (masukkan dimensi baru)

Solved fully constrained sketch.

Select dimension to change:

20. Update untuk melihat perubahannya.

Command: _amupdate

Enter an option [active Part/aLl parts] <active Part>: (enter)

21. Jangan lupa save gambar anda.

22. Selanjutnya array feature terakhir yang dibuat.

Command: amdt_rectpattern

Select features to pattern: (pilih feature yang hendak di-array)

23. Kita jadikan independent salah satu instance dari feature array diatas sehingga pada

langkah berikutnya bisa kita hilangkan tanpa mengganggu instance yang yang lain. Pada

Desktop Browser klik kanan icon RectangularPattern1, lalu pilih independent instance.

Command: _AMEDITFEAT

24. Selanjutnya delete independent instance tadi. Pada Desktop Browser klik kanan icon

ExtrusionThru3, lalu pilih delete.

25. Buat sket berikut lalu extrude.

26. Feature yang telah terbentuk lalu di-array.

27. Buat feature berikut menggunakan perintah-perintah dalam langkah sebelumnya. Save

gambar anda.

28. Kini buat feature emboss text menggunakan fungsi text sketch setelah terlebih dahulu

menentukan sketch plane pada bidang atas.

Command: _amtextsk

Specify opposite corner or

[Height/Rotation]: (tentukan titik akhir)

Edit posisinya disesuaikan dengan illustrasi berikut, klik kanan icon textsketch pada

desktop browser lalu pilih extrude cut, beri kedalaman 0.5 mm.

29. Kini buat feature emboss text lainnya dengan dimensi berikut.
