ITALY – Cinque Terre & Tuscany

Let us take you to a breathtakingly beautiful part of the coastline of the Italian Riviera and to our country villa in Tuscany to enjoy days of painting, dining, sightseeing, visiting medieval towns and living

the Italian lifestyle. We organize everything for you; accommodation, dinners,

sightseeing, travel, entertainment, painting tuition with all art materials included and plenty of entertainment for those who just

like to come for a ride. All you have to do is come along, enjoy and have fun.

Your accommodation will be waiting for you in Rome on your arrival, so you can rest after your long flight. We meet next morning at 8.45am next to the Trevi Fountain to start the Art Tour with a walking tour by local guide Anne Ahern. In the afternoon we will gather on the Spanish steps for our first painting session, followed with a fantastic dining experience. Next day we leave Rome at 9am

Our next destination is Cinque Terre. The beautiful rugged coastline of the five villages (Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore), The towns and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park and the UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll spend 3 nights in one of the villages. On the way to Cinque Terre we will stop in Orvieto and on the way back to Tuscany we will stop in Pisa.

The rest of our stay will be based in our Tuscan Villa, situated between Montepulciano and Cortona. From the villa we will enjoy day trips to the famous Tuscan cities of Florence, Sienna, Assisi, Perugia, as well as many small medieval walled towns like San Gimignano, Cortona, Montepulciano and more. It may sound busy, but there is time for fun, painting, sightseeing and most of all imbibing in the wonderful Italian food and wine. Daily painting sessions are anywhere between 1 to 3 hours long, all depending on your desires. We always find the time to shop and do sightseeing. Our experience taught us that you need some rest sometimes and so we included 3 relaxing days in the Villa, lazing around the swimming pool or participating in workshops.

How many times have I heard? “I have always wanted to do that!” Here is the opportunity to travel, enjoy and paint with likeminded people. Let someone else organize the accommodation, travel, food, and all those mundane things so you can maximize your traveling experience. This experience is perfect for those who like to have company on their travels, friends and partners, artists or not. To further prepare artists for this trip, Jana will hold a workshop on “how to paint on your travels” as a part of the package. Price: $5900 non artist ,and $6000 artist Please note that whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the above pricing, currency and fuel fluctuation is beyond our control and can affect final costs.
