Initial Setup
1. To begin using your TurnsPro remove the base by releasing the base clip at the bottom of the TurnsPro. Next insert 4 x AA batteries. Ensure the batteries are orientated as indicated inside the TurnsPro. Replace the base clip ensuring full engagement of the clip.
2. Provided with the TurnsPro is a flat nut which screws onto the screw thread. Ensure the flat nut is
screwed onto the screw thread before screwing on a camera. The flat nut provides an increased surface area to allow a camera to be securely attached. If the TurnsPro is to be vertically loaded1 then cameras weighing up to 1kg may be attached. If the TurnsPro is to be loaded at any angle beyond the horizontal (up to horizontal loading2) do not attach a load greater than 250g.
3. If you’re using a TurnsPro supplied mobile phone mount screw the mobile phone mount onto the flat
nut. Remove your phones outer case (if it has one) to ensure a firm grip on your phone. Slide your phone into the mount ensuring it’s fully gripped by both arms. Ensure the correct orientation of the mobile phone mount3, whereby the longest side of the mobile phone is positioned against the base of the phone mount.

4. Ensure the TurnsPro is stable before releasing. The TurnsPro can be securely attached to a tripod via
the base screw thread for extra stability. Do not leave freestanding if using loads greater than 250g. Note: Do not attach loads to the screw thread that introduce leverage beyond that of a typical camera. The TurnPro is only designed for use with DSLR or smaller cameras (within the weight limits specified), it is not designed to support large unbalanced loads i.e. cameras with large lenses.
