Kaiser Permanente Colorado Diversity Scholarship ProgramDo you want to be a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist, physician assistant, physical therapist or other health care professional? Are you interested in a career in mental health instead? The Kaiser Permanente Diversity Scholarship Program can help. We offer scholarships to students of underrepresented populations who want to pursue a degree in health care.Our goal is to help you earn a degree and make a positive impact on the community and assist people in need.

All qualifi ed students are encouraged to apply, including those who identify as:

• African American • Asian Pacifi c• Latinx• Native American• Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex• A U.S. veteran• A person who has a disability

experiences I’ve faced and the opportunities I’ve gained in hopes to be an excellent physician to the communities I’ll serve.”

To be eligible, you must be:• A Colorado resident• A graduating high school senior or GED recipient

entering or currently enrolled in a post-secondary school as a full-time student (e.g., college, technical school)

• Entering or currently enrolled in a post-secondary school as a full-time student (e.g., college, technical school) or an active, full-time graduate or doctoral-level student (e.g., graduate school, medical school, nursing school)

• Additionally, you must have a minimum high school or post-secondary GPA of 2.7 or a GED score of 520.
