ERDC TURKEY TROT 2012 REGISTRATION FORM
Join us for the Turkey Trot, a 5k trail run / walk on December 12, 2012. The Turkey Trot is an established US tradition (borrowed by the British Army) to burn off some Thanksgiving calories and prepare for Christmas. This is the fourth running of the ERDC Turkey Trot.
Dress up in your favorite costume( not required).
The group will meet at the in front of GSL Casagrande Building at 9 a.m.
The route will cover ERDC's scenic perimeter trails behind GSL. This is the perfect opportunity to burn off some holiday dinner and have some fun. The event will be followed by British Mince Pies and a variety of hot and cold beverages....

I ( the participant), am in good physical condition and understand that I am participating in a physically strenuous exercise event that involves running, walking, a distance of approximately 5K (3.1 miles). The course is primarily along perimeter trails in wooded areas and open fields that contain harmful wildlife and plants. As a participant I will avoid any hazards and wildlife to maintain my safety. I also understand that all the activity in this event is voluntary. If at any time I do not feel that I am capable of safely participating in an exercise or continuing the event I will stop and seek assistance.
