INGREDIENTS
1 ea Chef’s Line™ croissant bun
2 oz tomato mayo (see right)
4 oz Metro Deli™ all-natural smoked turkey breast
2 oz braised pork belly or bacon, thickly sliced, seared
¼ hd Cross Valley Farms® artisan romaine, grilled
½ ea avocado, sliced
Optimax® pan spray
PREPARATION Cut croissant bun in half and press on panini grill to flatten. Build sandwich. Shmear tomato mayo on each side of croissant bun. Layer the smoked turkey breast, pork belly, romaine and avocado. Place sandwich back on panini press to heat slightly.

1 c Monarch® extra-heavy mayonnaise
2 oz Roseli® tomato paste
