Preparation time: 5 min.Cooking time: 10 min. at 600watts – 35 min. in oven Gas Mark 6 or 180°C/360°FFreezer: 1 hourIngredients for 4 people1 garlic clove1 onion (+- 100 g)8 round ball courgettes (+- 1.2 kilos)400 g low fat beef (or ground veal)100 g pork bellySalt and pepper10 g oregano30 ml olive oil100 ml long grain rice150 ml water

1. Preheat the oven at Gas Mark 6/7, 200°C/390°F2. Rinse courgettes and cut a top off. Scoop the flesh

out of the courgettes with a sharp spoon (Set aside flesh and the tops).

3. Peel and cut garlic and onion. Put them in a bowl. Add the courgettes flesh, pieces of meat (small equal pieces). Stir all these ingredients with the Silicone Spatula.

4. Chop the mixture through the coarse disc on your FusionMaster Mincer. Set aside.

5. Season it with salt and pepper. Add oregano, 15 ml olive oil, mix and stuff courgettes with this hash.

6. Spread rice at the bottom of the UltraPro Oval 3.5 L, pour water, place the stuffed courgettes by covering them with their top. Sprinkle with remaining olive oil. Salt and pepper.

7. Cook for 45 mins without cover, in the oven.

1. Preheat the oven without the grid at 200°C/390°F.2. Spread the dough with the Adjustable Rolling Pin,

and cut shapes with the Cookie Cutters. 3. Place the Silicone Baking Sheet on the cold oven grid

and display the dough forms on the Baking Sheet. Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake for 12 to 13 min. at 200°C/390°F. Allow to cool them down and cut each forms in 2 pieces.

4. During the cooking, whip the cream in the Speedy Chef. Add the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar and whip again.

5. Place the whipped cream on half of the biscuits as a base. Display with some raspberries over the whipped cream and cover with the other half of the biscuits. Serve immediately.

Preparation : 20 min.Cooking time: 30 min. at 600 wattsResting time : 10 min.

1. Wash, peel and cut into pieces carrots, turnips and onions with their green stems.

2. Place the vegetables in a bowl with whole new potatoes, washed and unpeeled. Add the lamb, cut into pieces (5x5 cm), olive oil, water and mix with the Mixing Spoon.

3. Pour the mixture into the round MicroCook 2.25 l, close and cook covered for 15 min at 600 watts stirring halfway through cooking.

4. Add the peas, cherry tomatoes, crumbled thyme, dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped to ExtraChef, salt, pepper, cover and cook 15 min. at 600 watts. Let stand 10 min.

5. Serve hot, sprinkle with chervil chopped with Grab N Cut Scissors.
