Eno Salt or Baking soda ½ tsp

Ginger (grated) 1tbsp

Grind oats to a coarse powder. Mix the cornmeal, rice flour, sour yogurt,

ragi flour, pearl millet flour and grinded oats in a bowl. Add green chillies, grated ginger & carrot

and finally add eno and salt. Stir quickly and pour the batter into

Tupperware idly tray with the help of idly tray spoon. Microwave for 6 minutes using

Tupperware Multicook with 1 Tropical Twin of water.

Leftover Tips: Tips to Reduce Food WasteRotten food which is thrown in a landfill emits methane

gas which is a big contributor to global warming. Here are

some tips to avoid save food.

• Make a list before going to the grocery store. Do not

buy any food you don't need.

• Check your cupboards and fridge before going

shopping. You may not need what you are going out

to buy.

• Make sure your fridge is working properly. Check that

the seals are tight so that your food stays fresh.

• Try to use all leftover food in the fridge. Over ripe fruits

can be made into smoothies, shakes, fruit purees which

can be frozen for later use. Wilting vegetables can be

made into soups.

• Serve small portions, this way the food would not be

wasted. Everyone can come back for a second helping.

• Hot food and beverages: Cool beverages before applying the seal. Cool hot food or liquids containing fat (cooking oil/grease, curries, soups, sauces) before placing them in the container. Tupperware containers can withstand

temperatures upto 80 C.• Tight Seals: Place the seal in warm water for few minutes. Dry thoroughly, then apply to container while still warm.• Stain Removal: Use baking soda paste: It's ideal for reducing stains and stickiness.• Preventing Cuts and Scratches: Avoid the use of abrasive scrubbers and washing powders.• Removing Unpleasant Odours: A piece of charcoal or moist newspaper, stuffed into the container and left sealed

for 12 hours in the fridge (before washing and rinsing the product thoroughly) should get rid of unpleasant odours.• Liquid Storage: Only products with Classic Round Seal are liquid-tight and can be kept in any position. Place

containers with any other type of seal in upright position.

Cleaning and storing: Wash and rinse Tupperware with liquid soap and lukewarm water. Store without seals to Caring for your Tupperware

Moudular Mates

To seal: Align projection on Seal with indentation on container press seal groove over container. Press and slide thumbs under the seal as you lift.

Microwave Seal

To reheat: Open Steam Release Cap and use in microwave for 3 minutes.

To Store: Closing the Steam Release Cap ensures an airtight container for storing in the refrigerator

To open: Hold container in place, lift tab and peel-off Seal.

Breathing Seal

To seal: Place Seal groove over container rim. Press down on one corner. Slide thumbs over top of Seal edge to opposite corners.

To open: Lift Seal at one corner. Then lift other three corners, one at time.

Classic Round Seal

To seal: With hands close to you, press Seal groove over container and move thumbs and fingers around top to the Seal edge. Press center to seal and lift tab slightly to expel air.

To open: Hold container in place, lift tab and peel-off seal.

Instant Seal

To seal: Place Seal groove over container rim. Press center to seal firmly with thumb.

To open: While pressing center with thumb, place finger tips under Seal edge, lift and remove.

products. With a little care, you can keep

your Tupperware looking as good as new.

Tupperware products come with a lifetime guarantee. Most Tupperware products are guaranteed to perform under normal domestic use for the lifetime of the product.

The only products not covered by the lifetime guarantee are those few items which come under quality guarantee with the “Q” symbol. These products however, are still guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Current products under this category are Vegetable Peeler, Ice cream Scoop, Kit bags, water dispenser tap, etc.

Covered:

• Manufacturing quality issues like warping, cracking, peeling, splitting and any specific functional issues in normal non-commercial use are covered by lifetime guarantee.

• Melamine products are covered for a guarantee of 7 years only.

Not covered:

• Product handling and usage issues like scratching, staining, melting on exposure to hot plate or excess heat burning, blistering in microwave, impact damage by knocking/hitting by hard objects, rusting, insect bite/dust mite.

• Breakage of products due to mishandling or accidental drop on the floor. Decorative printing, scale, printing, bags, straps, pouches, etc. are not covered by lifetime guarantee.
