Program of Siting Evaluation 2008 - 2012Managing Siting Constraints :1. NEPIO and Regulatory Body are not created yet (in preparation of
the creation laws). As a result, the necessity of defining a specific safety regulatory requirements, by using as reference the IAEA Safety Requirements.
2. The overall management programme for the site evaluation process should be re-evaluated and updated to enhance the reliability of database and effectiveness of the execution of the site investigations and assessments and engineering activities performed in the different stages of the programme,
3. A long procedure to purchase and secure the both selected sites,4. All Siting investigations should be achieved before the end of 2012.
