“Tuning and Tapping into the very Heart Beat & Vein of God”

My Creator, My Father, My Lover

Heavenly Father, as a write this dissertation and listen to your voice as a write, I’m truly moved and enamored by the thought of how you inspire me through your expressive thoughts, ideals, and imagination. Wonderful is thy name in all the earth! I don’t want to make this complex or complicated to understand the true awesomeness of your wonder and ultimate power to all mankind. But I will most definitely stand still within my spirit and listen closely to every word that proceeds out of your mouth. It yet amazes me from day to day how you continue to do the incredible, unimaginable, most unthinkable things that make me stand in awe of your magnificent power.

The more I see you do the miraculous, I know that you truly exist and that you truly are God. I’m always trying to figure you out and find ways to under mind your abilities in how you do things that to man seems impossible. But to my knowledge, I know that there’s a higher power, higher being, and higher authority that is unknown to man. But God you are faithful and ever releasing wisdom, knowledge and understanding to all mankind to believe, receive, accept, and participate in fulfilling your will. The bible says in the book of Habakkuk, for the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

I long to touch heart to heart with you and to feel every heart beat that thumps and every vein that pulsates the rhythm of your love because you are love. You are the air that I breathe, the breath of life (Ruach). Your breath is what

keeps me from day to day and it makes each and every moment worth living. Sometimes it yet mystifies me of all the creation that was ever made by the very words from your heart that you spoke and released it to the source and it became a living soul, source or created being. Your words are so powerful because everything that you speak or have ever spoken was created out of love because you are love.

Your words are life and life giving to be made into existence. You are so AWESOME! You are so GOD! There is none like you in all the earth! I love you Father for being who you are and what you are and everything you mean to me is everything that you are. I want and desire to be so close to you because it is your sole desire to be close to me.

What you want and desire for me is everything that you designed and created for all mankind to enjoy and be happy. As I lie down and sleep tonight, I will inhale all of your love, beauty, and excellence and embrace it to the fullness of your glory. I will exhale and release my heart, mind, soul, and spirit to you for your glory to abduct me like a villain abducting and kidnapping someone without their permission or will. I know that you will never hurt or harm me in any way, and of course I know you will never leave me nor forsake me. Father I long to lay my head on your bosom and listen to your heart, your soul, your spirit; I long to have you close to me at all times.

All I want to do is that which pleases you and that which makes you happy. And by me aligning myself with you and your will, this puts me into right standing and right positioning with you to receive all that you desire for me to have. To me, it’s more than just receiving your wonderful gifts, blessings, and presents. But more importantly, to seek

your face, which is your holy presences. Your word says; let us make man in our image and after our likeness.

To me this is saying that we are created with the same DNA as you. We carry your DNA and every substance of your spirit that you have and all that you are. To be after your likeness is to be exact; to be just like you in character, traits, attitude, reputation, and attributes. And for us to develop your character, we must first receive your Son Jesus as our Lord and be filled with the Holy Spirit, so that the Holy Spirit administer and help us to follow after Jesus in all like manner. We definitely need the Holy Spirit’s help in the development process to mold, shape, and shift us to be more like you in every way.

Once this is developed, matured, and disciplined over time with patience, then we will be just like you. But this is a consistent process with true and sincere commitment to be in an intimate covenant and relationship with you God as our Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who is the most important person on the earth. There is so much more involved in tuning and tapping into the heart beat and vein of our God. We must definitely make the first step to draw near unto God and then He will draw near unto us. Truly the whole just of it all is having a love covenant-relationship with God’s son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit to be united as one. I will further indulge into this theory in the next chapter.

Love Covenant-Relationship

Having a love covenant-relationship with God is like a bond, covenant relationship of a husband and wife. Truly we must understand that the institute of marriage derived from God and his relationship with His Son Jesus. In order for any marriage or relationship to work or be established, one must

first have a relationship with Jesus Christ to be one with the Father. Jesus said in John 10:30, I and my Father are one. Also in 1 Corinthians 6:17 the bible says, he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

This tells us with assurance that one who engages in any relationship must first surrender and summit unto the Lord. And this is done by repenting and confessing your sins and asking Jesus to come in your heart and fill you with his heart, love, joy, and peace. And then you will be made free indeed and filled with the Holy Spirit. Having a relationship with Jesus is an on going, long term commitment and work in progress on a day to day basis. There are certain requirements that go along with having a commitment with Jesus.

First, let’s consider the word commitment. What does that word exactly mean? The Merriam-Webster Dictionary gives this definition, it is an act of committing to a charge or trust; or the state or an instance of being obligated or emotionally impelled. So to be committed is to be obligated to a charge, a requirement, command, instructions, or obligation within a relationship, partnership, or marriage. Making commitments definitely start with the heart by giving up all of your self, body, soul, and spirit completely to God through Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit’s working, enabling power.

You will never be able to find true love until you surrender to Jesus Christ and give him your whole heart. I find it sometimes difficult to release all of my love to my spouse, children, and loved ones until I have fully and completely given my heart to Christ first. And then I can really appreciate the true value of love and release all of it to the full, till it’s overflowing and reciprocated to those whom I cherish and love on earth. I remember when my wife and I first started dating. We had so much love for each other that it wasn’t funny.

But before we actually got involved, we both suffered a lot of hurt and pain from our previous relationships. Little did either of us know that the hurt, pain, and baggage that we were carrying, we brought it into our relationship and it took its toil on many occasions? Talk about weathering the storm? But as time went on, we both began to open up by communicating and sharing our experiences that we had in previous relationships and things seem to get better after awhile. Yet both of us not being in the Lord or having a relationship with the Lord, we had to suffer the consequences and deal with a lot of problems that I believe could have prevented had we been in the Lord.

So as you can see that truly, it makes a big difference when two are joined together in harmony with the Lord. I believe things work out a little better and smoother because you have an advocate and mediator who is Jesus to fill the gap and weather the storm by saying peace be still. But to get back to the story, my wife and I knew the Lord on an intimate level but ran from the Lord for a long time. We tried to make our marriage work with our own strength, resolve, and will power but it never worked out completely. Although we had mad love for each other and I mean “MAD LOVE”, we still could never get to the core value of true love or perfect love that cast out fear!

And the reason being is because we weren’t connected to the True Vine, Jesus! I can’t keep track or count of how many times my wife and I separated, I’d run out of fingers and toes and hers too! But one day it finally clicked, the light bulb final came on, although I believe the light bulb was never off, it was only me. But I realized that we had to make some quality decisions based on our own individuality and personality to make a sound commitment to serving the Lord. This was the only way I believe that our marriage would ever work and last forever.

So we decided to rededicate our lives to the Lord and live for Him and do his will. And ever since, our relationship has

been great! And I really mean that, it’s GREAT! It makes all the difference in the world when Jesus is first place and priority in your lives. Yes, you still will have disagreements, and may not understand her or him, but nonetheless, things work out so much better because God is the center of your joy and Jesus is the bridge that gets you over the troubled waters and storms.

Love is what you make, give, surrender, sacrifice, and release. God is love and if God is love then the love that you have and give is God. Every time I tell my wife that I love her, I’m giving her God and she’s giving God back to me. How about that, were giving each other God! How wonderful is that for two people that love each other to give God away? That’s Awesome, amazing, and magnificent! That’s what makes having a love covenant relationship so great.
