Students from the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are charged the Home/EU rate.

Continuing Overseas students who started their programme in 2012-13 or earlier may be charged a bench fee in addition to tuition fees. The fee rates for Overseas students starting their programme in 2013-14 or thereafter are composite rates and bench fees are not charged.

Notes:

The Home/EU rate is the basic rate set by RCUK and applies to new and continuing students. This rate is expected to increase by the rate of inflation in 2016-17.

The Home/EU rate for the SMD fee bands does not include a bench fee component. Queen Mary reserves the right to charge a bench fee to self-funding Home/EU students in SMD if set by the relevant institute.
