The participating parishes (Guardian Angels, St. Victoria, St. Nicholas) offer a grant for studentsattending Guardian Angels School whose families are Active Parishioners of their parishes asdefined in the Guardian Angels School Handbook. Guardian Angels parishioners also need tocomplete the included application for the parishioner grant.

4. Guardian Angels School sponsors several major fundraisers throughout the year: AngelFest incooperation with the Parish, Rake-A-Thon, and Spring Fling, along with an Annual Fund Drive.The schools operating budget is dependent upon the success of these events. I/We understandthat Guardian Angels School asks that each family participate to the fullest extent possible.
5. Guardian Angels School relies heavily upon parent volunteers. Volunteering allows the schoolthe keep expenses lower. I/We understand that each family is asked to volunteer 25 hours oftheir time and talent for the benefit of Guardian Angels School.
6. The student(s) and parent(s) listed above are responsible for meeting the requirements outlinedin the Guardian Angels School Handbook.
7. Refunds will be prorated on a monthly basis without interest based on the date of withdrawalfrom Guardian Angels School. Please refer to the Guardian Angels School Handbook for fulldetails regarding this policy.
8. Non-Sufficient Funds Policy (NSF) FACTS tuition payments received with Insufficient Funds willbe charged a $30 handling fee plus any applicable bank fees.
I /We agree to the terms of this Family Investment Contract. I/We understand that this Family InvestmentContract is binding and that I/we are responsible for its contents. Payment of the registration fee(s) and asignature on the Family Investment Contract will complete the registration process. Please make checkspayable to Guardian Angels School.
