NotificationofyourpaymentarrangementfortheyearneedstobesetupwiththeFinanceOfficerbefore31March,2017.TuitionFeeCreditLotteryTheCollegewillofferatuitionfeecreditforonestudentasanincentivetofamiliesthatsettletheirfamilyaccountby31May,2017.Thiswillassist the College during difficult financial times andwhen operating funds are low. To participate in this lottery, please ensure the firstinstalmentpaymentisreceiptedby31March2017andfinalisetheremainderofyourfamilyaccountby31May2017.Thewinningfamilywillreceiveatuitionfeecreditforonestudentfor2018or,if2017isthelastschoolyearforthechildarefundofthe2017tuitionfeeforonestudentwillbeprocessed.DetailsofthewinningfamilywillbepublishedintheCollegenewsletter.HealthCareCardTuitionFeeConcessionsThisisavailabletoparents/guardianswhoholdacurrentHealthCareCardorPensioner/Veteran’sConcessionCardwhichbearsthecode“PPS”.ApplicationsforconcessionsfortuitionfeeareonlyavailablefromtheCollegeAdministrationOffice.SecondaryAssistanceSchemeConcession ThisisofferedbytheDepartmentofEducationtoparents/guardiansholdingacurrentHealthCareCardorPensioner/Veteran’sConcessionCard.ItincludesandEducationProgramAllowanceforYears7to12for$235(paiddirectlytotheCollegeandappliedtoyourschoolfeesaccount)plusaClothingAllowanceof$115(paiddirectlytotheparent/guardian’sbankingaccount.)Thisconcessionhasagovernmentcut-offdateof7April,2017.Bothconcessionsneedtobeappliedforatthebeginningofeachschoolyearandnolaterthan7April,2017cutoffasnoted.Allconcessionsrelateonlytotheyearinwhichtheapplicationismadeand,ifnecessary,needstobere-negotiatedonanannualbasis.NOTICEOFWITHDRAWALParentsarerequiredtogiveoneterm’snoticeinwritingiftheyneedtowithdrawtheirchildfromtheCollegeduringthecourseoftheschoolyear.Ifastudentiswithdrawnwithoutnoticeduringaterm,theequivalentoffeesforthattermwillbecharged.
