The virus protection must be activated in all microsoft application .

Do not ever double-click on an e-mail attachment that contains an running programs,like word files

(.DOC), spreadsheets (.XLS), images (.GIF),JPG, etc., they can damage your system. A file with an

extension like EXE, COM or VBS is an running program, and an running programs can do any sort of

damage it wants.If you run it, you have given it permission to do anything on your machine. The only

way to avoid viruses: Never run a running programs that arrive via e-mail.
