Keith Gillam Keith Gillam is considered by many of his contemporaries in Canada and around the world to be a construction industry leader and pioneer. In 1991, Keith bought Vanbots, a medium-sized contractor and from then until 2008 he grew the company into one of Canada’s largest firms and expanded its operations to include the USA, UK, UAE and Bermuda with a strong portfolio of mixed institutional, industrial, resort and commercial work. Keith has been the past Chairman of the Toronto Construction Association and is the recipient of many industry awards in Canada among which is the highest award for ethics.

Marcus Gillam, President, Gillam Group Inc.Marcus is the president of Gillam Group Inc., a Toronto-based company that specializes in medium-sized projects in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors delivering about $150 million in construction contracts. Marcus developed a foundation in the industry at Vanbots Construction. His experience encompasses leadership roles on many projects in the ICI sector, with some over $400 million, under delivery models such as general contracting, construction management, design/build and DBFM. Marcus is a professional engineer (Queens University, Civil Engineering) and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
