NOMINATE ACSP VICE PRESIDENT /PRESIDENT ELECT BY JULY 31
Dear Colleagues,
With the pending move to the University of Pittsburgh bycurrent ACSP Vice President/President Elect CarissaSlotterback, ACSP will be holding a special election tochoose an officer to fill the remainder of her term throughOctober of 2021, who then transitions to the ACSPPresident for 2021-2023.
On behalf of the Nominating and Election Committee, Iwould like to invite nominations and self-nominations for thisposition. You can do so through this form, and thecommittee will reach out to you about a ballot statement ifyour form is completed by Friday, July 31. We anticipatethat the special election will take place in August.
Per ACSP Bylaws, only faculty members in schools that areFull Members of ACSP can stand for election as officers.You can also see key responsibilities of the VicePresident/President-Elect in section 6.C.2 of the Bylaws.
The association depends on the volunteer work of manycolleagues, a treasured tradition of ACSP.
